then instead of using Fastone to do any editing, I just select the images in FastStone right click the image, and then select "Edit With External Editor" This sends the selected photo to my editor of choice and launches the editor with the photo already opened. I use Faststone for my simple Jpg organizer and set up ACDSee Editor as the external editor. It has lots of wizards to walk you through this sort of thing I use the new ACDSee Editor 6 to do this sort of thing, and it allows you to change canvas size and add text pretty easily with one piece of software. and you wouldn't have to switch editors to add the text.

I can do it manually in many different programs but I'd like something where I can pre set a template and then just open a pictue, write whatever I have to say about it and then save.
